Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING NetBoxx Cosmetics is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES Standard Shipping: Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked, and packed before shipping. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to arrive. Standard shipping orders travel via FedEx SmartPost or UPS Ground.
Expedited Shipping: UPS Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be received by 11AM PST to ship the same day. Otherwise, your purchase will ship the next business day.
Shipping Outside of the Continental U.S.: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii orders are ineligible for the free shipping promotion.
Shipping to an APO/FPO Address: Orders traveling overseas must ship via FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 4–8 weeks to arrive.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. Please track your shipment, as NetBoxx Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION Free standard shipping is available on qualifying cosmetics orders totaling $75 or more, shipped to U.S. addresses only. This offer excludes hair extensions, nail enhancements, and other non-cosmetics items. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING Holiday shipping cutoff dates are announced each year in November. Sign up for our emails to stay informed and ensure your order arrives on time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NetBoxx Cosmetics ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
