NBX Hair – Unit Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All NBX Hair units are carefully sourced and quality-checked before shipment. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and delivery. Some styles may ship sooner depending on availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all hair unit sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or hair units unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your unit arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us at denyelle@netboxxcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Availability

Some styles are limited and may sell out. In the rare case your selected style becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
